Kyla Taggart
RDH, BS- OFFICE MANAGER
Kyla began her dental career assisting the original practice owner, Dr. Hollar in 2002 while preparing to begin Dental Hygiene school. Upon graduation from Texas Woman’s University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene, she became practicing as our hygienist. Kyla spent the next 10 years as Dr. Hollar’s sole dental hygienist and became an expert in office practice and philosophy. In 2016 she moved away from the chair into the front office as our office manager and now has over 2 decades of experience in our office. With Dr. Hollar’s retirement in 2023, she continues in the same role for Envision Dental Spa and all the beloved patients she has had a hand in treating over the years.

Kyla and her husband Chris have 3 children who keep them very busy. Her 2 older children play year-round select soccer with a lot of travel so there are few days off. From Mansfield, she is a two-time inductee into the Mansfield Sports Hall of Honor for her role on two State Championship basketball teams and played collegiate basketball at USF before entering dental hygiene school. In her spare time Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and anything active.
Taylor Holt
DENTAL HYGIENIST RDH, BS
Taylor began her career in the dental field in 2014 when she became a registered dental assistant and received her Associate of Applied Science. She worked full-time assisting for an Oral Surgeon in Denton until beginning Dental Hygiene School in 2015. While assisting part-time, she graduated in April of 2017 from Concorde Career College in Dallas as a registered dental hygienist and received a second Associate of Applied Science. Taylor graduated from Texas Woman’s University with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2018. She joined our office under Dr. Susan Hollar and is continuing to provide top-notch hygiene care at Envision Dental Spa.
She loves to learn new things related to the dental field and has always had an interest in dental-related things. She truly enjoys making a difference in patients’ lives just by aiding them in their oral health and continuing to care for our restorative patients over the years.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters along with her 3 pets. She is a huge Dallas Mavericks fan and has had season tickets since 2014.
Tara Dittmer
RDA, BS, LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT
Tara was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas and moved to Emporia Kansas where she graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Rehabilitation.
After Graduation, Tara immediately began her career as a dental assistant. Tara and her husband Mike moved from Kansas to Oklahoma and continued her career as a dental assistant and flight attendant for many years. Tara has been in the Fort. Worth area now for 10 years and started in our office assisting Dr. Hollar in March of 2015. She is now the lead dental assistant for the office and enjoys watching the joy our patients receive from their new smiles.
Tara and her husband Mike love to travel and have fun spending time on their boat in Galveston Bay. She also enjoys traveling to Kansas to see family and spending time with her 3 grown children. Tara has been a Kansas City Chiefs fan her entire life and dedicates time on Sundays to watch football with family and friends.
David Perkins
LAB ASSISTANT AND TECHNICIAN
David is our in-house lab assistant and technician and has been with us since 2018. A Fort Worth native, he graduated from the University of Dallas in 2012 with a BA in Philosophy and Minor in Physics.
As the lab director, he creates the model work and diagnostic study models as well as helps coordinate the many details that go into our porcelain restorations.
In his free time David enjoys reading, playing the drums, craft beer, hiking and nature/outdoors in general.

Salma Gallardo
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Salma is Dr. McClurg’s lead dental assistant. She graduated with her RDA from Grapevine Dental Assistant School in 2020 and began her career in our office directly after graduation. She assists Dr. McClurg with all of her procedures and is our clinical specialist in using the Trios and Itero digital scanners.
She is a dog mom to two adorable American Cocker Spaniels Rocco and Fendi.
She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is currently working towards acceptance into the radiology tech program at her college.
Brianna Cruz
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Brianna received her RDA from Dubiski Career High School in Grand Prairie and began working in our office in 2018. She performs many important jobs in the clinic and helps with the overall daily flow. She assists the doctors in the clinic as well as one of the friendly faces of the front office staff. She knows many different areas in our office which makes her a valuable part of the team.
She is originally from Dallas and enjoys spending time with her family and her lovable Maltipoo Lexie. She is continuing her education at Dallas Community College while working full-time.
Sarah Hixon
PHOTOGRAPHER
Sarah is Dr. Hollar’s daughter and has been a part of the practice since 2010. She began as lab assistant in charge of the model work and eventually became one of our in-house ceramists before retiring from ceramics in 2023. Sarah owns her own photography studio and company and is our in-house photographer, scheduling time with our patients to capture beautiful “after” pictures once they have finished their treatment. She is able to capture the beauty and joy that loving to smile brings our patients. In her free time, Sarah and her husband Chris travel and she enjoys cooking, yoga, photography and skincare.
